I cannot find my confirmation or order status email.

No problem. First check your email. If it is not in your primary email then check your spam. If you still cannot find your confirmation/order status email please contact as with your order number and email address so we can assist you with that information

What if I want to cancel an order I paid for or change an order I already placed?

Please inform us of any issues within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you do not inform us within 24 hrs, we cannot guarantee a refund or change.

  • If you placed an order by mistake or ordered the wrong item, please let us know immediately
  • If you placed an order that you paid for or simply changed your mind about please let us know immediately.
  • We will do our best to correct or cancel your order as quickly as we can. You have to let us know as soon as you know to ensure we can help you in a timely manner. We also need to know to make sure changes or cancellation is done before the fulfillment process begins.
  • If you do not let us know about your order within 24 hours of it being placed there is a chance the fulfillment process may have started. Don't hesitate to let us know and we will decide on a case by case basis on how to proceed.

When will I receive my order?

All orders have a fulfillment time frame (the time it takes to print your order). Generally all orders take 2-5 business days to fulfill. Once your order is fulfilled it can take another 2-9 business days for shipping.

* If you need to receive your order within a certain time frame, please be mindful of  when you placed your order and the time frame you select to receive your order.

How can I order a print in a category that it does not come in? For example "The Man in His Suit" comes only in the men's collection but I want to order it for a child.

If you find a print that you want to place a special order for, simply let us know. Through our contact page or at info@teashirtco.com with your detailed request (print, shirt category, size, color, and number of items) and we will assist you. We will inform you if the order cannot be placed or if there is a difference in price before your order is submitted.

What is the return policy?

  • We will provide a refund up to 30 days as long as the item is in the same condition that it was in when the order was shipped to you and with receipt/shipping label. No exceptions.
  • We will not provide a refund for orders over 30 days and or if the item is not in the same condition that it was shipped to you. (For example worn, stains, tears/rips, smells, etc.
  • If the item you received is not correct, has manufacture defects, wrong size, etc. please don't hesitate to let us know and we will do our best to correct our error. If we cannot correct our error such as replacing the item, we will provide a refund.
