How much is shipping?

Shipping fees vary from $3-$25 depending on the items you purchase, total number of items, and the destination. Shipping typically goes through USPS/Fedex.

    What is the return policy?

    We will provide a refund or exchange up to 30 days of receipt as long as the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged (Ex: stains, tears/rips, smells, etc) and you provide proof of purchase. No exceptions.

    If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    If the item you received is not correct due to our error, has manufacturer defects, wrong size, etc,. please don't hesitate to let us know and we will do our best to correct the error. If we cannot correct your purchase due to our error such as replacing the item, we will provide a refund.


    What if my package was lost or stolen?

    We work with a great company called ROUTE+ to help you protect your package in case it is damaged, lost, or stolen! Simply select ROUTE+ at checkout before you complete your purchase. Adding package protection will keep you at ease knowing if anything happens to your package it will be covered and replaced. With so much theft and "Porch Pirates" invading our communities, adding ROUTE+ package protection is highly recommended.

    If anything happens, you can simply file a claim and the rest is easy from there.
